MAXI 30 HYDRAULIC SCISSOR LIFT

The MAXI 3000 is a double scissor platform lift with free wheels, designed and manufactured to lift trolleys weighing not more than 3000 kg. Equipped with extensions on platforms to lift longer vehicles as well. The structure of the MAXI 3000 is as follows:

Scissors – PLATFORM

This is the moving and lifting part of the car lift. It consists of a series of inner and outer arms fixed together by a connecting joint. Overhead short ramps attach to the ends of the upper platform and act as an extension of the platform. Arms and platforms are secured together by pivot pins on self-lubricating bushings. Moving parts move on Teflon sliding blocks.

CONTROL UNIT

The unit consists of a metal box containing all the electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic working parts of the car lift. The controls are located on the top of the unit, with 24 V voltage and of the "dead man" type. There is a master control switch and a touchpad;
