  Turkish Gulrasan air grease pump model 2120, which works with a pressure ratio of 1:45. This grease pump model has the ability to inject grease with a volume of 1400 grams per minute and is available in the market in a capacity of 20 kg.

Turkey Gulrasan air grease pump model 2220, which works with a pressure ratio of 1:70. This grease pump model has the ability to inject grease with a volume of 1100 grams per minute and is available in the market in a capacity of 20 kg.

Gulersan Turkish air pump grease, model 2120 and 2220, is ideal for lubrication in short and long distances with high pressure. These pneumatic grease pumps, which have a special chassis, can be carried more easily on uneven surfaces. Also, 2-meter hydraulic hose reinforced with steel wire is used in the pumps. It should be noted here that the diameter of the grease piston of the pumps is 0.62, 0.75 mm.

Thanks to the grease pressure plate (pellet) and the spring, the grease is hardened in the chamber and the pump feeding is easily provided in high viscosity greases and in cold areas. In addition, the hose and gun can be used more easily thanks to the L-shaped screw connection at the grease pump inlet.

The working pressure can vary between a minimum of 6 bar and a maximum of 8 bar.

To optimize the performance and grease life of air pumps, it is recommended to use filtered and lubricated air. Its performance is increased with optional accessories.
